- Temporary replacement for Homer at the SNPP while he was singing with the "Be Sharps". Subsequently eaten by his co-worker.

Quimby, "Diamond" Joe (Mr) - Mayor of Springfield, with a JFK voice. Likes certain playing cards, and staying in hotel rooms with young attractive females. Does not like Chief Wiggum, but occasionally bribes him. Was a member of the Springfield Stonecutters.

- Sash-wearing, and long-suffering, wife of Mayor Quimby. Disapproves of her husband, especially his widely known womanising. They met while she was working in the Maison Derriere.

Quimby, Freddy (Mr)
- 18 year old playboy nephew to Mayor Quimby. Didn't graduate from high school. Cleared of assault on the strength of Bart Simpson's eye witness statement.
