This is one of three songs Shary Bobbins sung to the Simpson family during her time as their nanny. This song (sung to a tune resembling Mary Poppins' "A Spoonful of Sugar") was designed to make Bart clean his room. Although he did tidy everything away, he cut corners, so as soon as he left all the stuff fell back out of the cupboards to recreate the mess.
